TEMPORARY COVER
Even the best run nurseries have unexpected absences. Whether you need last minute sick cover or a block cover whilst you recruit, we'll work hard to get you the right person at the right time.
Our service is designed to be hassle free and responsive.
- Step 1 - Contact us with your requirements - either by phone or log in and submit your requirements
- Step 2 - Live availability - view online or discuss options over the phone
- Step 3 - NEXPASS sent to your inbox - this shows the staff name, picture, DBS information, qualifications, references and booking dates and times. Perfect for your Safeguarding records.
- Step 4 - Work - your staff member arrives - please make them feel welcome and give them somewhere to store their belongings and show them around - even for experienced agency staff it can be daunting starting a new place!
- Step 5 - Confirm the hours at the end of the day or week of the booking either by timesheet or by email.
- Step 6 - Invoice comes the following week. Payment is within 14 days.

PERMANENT COVER
We don't need to tell you about the nationwide shortage of candidates. So more than ever, recruitment firms can make the difference to keeping you in ratio and open for business.
How it works:
- Step 1 - Consultation - work closely with you to understand your specific requirements, including the skills, qualifications, and experience you're looking for in permanent nursery staff
- Step 2 - Search - we'll work through our database and our partner sources to find your matching candidate on paper, then interview them to ensure they match your requirements and values
- Step 3 - Presentation - we'll send you a summary of the person and discuss them so you can decide whether to go to formal interview stage
- Step 4 - Interview - we'll organise times that match your needs and prep the candidate to ensure it's a smooth experience
- Step 5 - Offer and placement - post interview we'll gather feedback and discuss any issues that have arisen from both side - including the awkward salary negotiations! We'll arrange a reference and document pack to suplement your internal safe recruitment process.
- Step 6 - Start - on arrival, your invoice will be raised, and payment is required within 14 days.
