New Business Consultant - Nurseries (Part-Time)

About Us:

Nexter Nursery Recruitment is a new specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting great nursery staff with great nursery settings.

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic New Business Consultant to join our team for 1-2 days per week at our central Leeds office.

The Role:

Join us as a New Business Consultant and become a key player in our team using our CRM and extensive database to reach out to nurseries and introduce our services.

Your primary mission? Secure appointments for our founder to meet with potential clients, helping to expand our impact and grow our client base.

Hours: 1 -2 day per week (7 hour days)

Salary: £12 per hour + £5 per successful appointment booked

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential nursery clients, introducing Nexter's services.
• Send company information and confirming appointments.
• Manage and update customer information in our CRM accurately.
• Work alongside our founder in the office, receiving direct training and feedback.
• Help create a positive and impactful first impression of Nexter Nursery Recruitment to potential clients.

Requirements:

• A proactive and positive approach to sales and customer service.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
• Eligible to work in the UK and ability to work in person in the Leeds office with working from home as a future option
