Business Developer (Appointment Setters)

About Us:
Nexter Nursery Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting great nursery professionals with great nursery settings. We're currently looking for a part time Business Developer to join our team for 5 mornings a week at our Birstall office.

If you have a knack for communication and a passion for making a difference in the early years sector, we want you on our team!

The Role:
As our Business Developer, you'll be an integral part of the team, using our comprehensive database to reach out to nurseries and introduce our services.

Your main goal will be to book appointments for our founder to meet with potential clients, helping to expand our impact and grow our client base.

Hours: 5 day per week 8am - 12pm

Salary: £13.00 per hour + £5 per successful appointment booked

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential nursery clients, introducing Nexter's services and booking appointments.
Manage and update customer information in our database accurately.
Help create a positive and impactful first impression of Nexter Nursery Recruitment to potential clients.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and positive approach to sales and customer service.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling rejection.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
