Nursery Manager - Sheffield

Looking for a more supportive, flexible nursery manager role working for a small friendly nursery group?

You'll lead our fully staffed, successful nursery, where you can design your own shift patterns, get support from area management and the wider nursery network, and have on-site parking and a 10 minute walk to the train station.

You'll have previous nursery manager experience and be responsible for day to day running, leading the team to delivery high quality practice. You'll build great relationships with colleagues, children and parents.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in childcare (minimum)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a nursery management role
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a passion for early years education
• Strong leadership skills with a "can-do" attitude.
• A natural ability to build trusting relationships with staff, parents, and children
• Excellent written and IT skills for effective communication and record-keeping

• Competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per year (approximately £15.38 - £16.41 per hour based on a 37.5-hour week)
