Since our launch in April 2024, we've quickly become a trusted partner for nurseries across West Yorkshire, providing high-quality temporary, interim, and permanent staffing solutions. We're now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in our continued growth and success.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to make a real difference. You won't just be filling vacancies; you'll be building strategic partnerships, developing new business streams, and in time building a team. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape the future of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Business Development: Identifying and targeting key nursery groups and multi-site operators, developing bespoke recruitment strategies, and securing new business opportunities.
• Key Account Management: Managing and nurturing existing high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Consultative Sales: Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices in recruitment.
• Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Overseeing the entire recruitment process for senior-level and complex roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.
• Mentoring & Team Leadership (Potential): Depending on experience, there is scope to mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to their professional development.
• Location: Our Birstall office offers easy parking - no more city centre commuting

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a demonstrable ability to:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently exceeding targets and developing new business streams.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at senior levels.
• Provide Consultative Solutions: Understanding client needs and providing tailored recruitment strategies that deliver tangible results.
• Manage Complex Recruitment Projects: Handling senior-level and niche roles with efficiency and expertise.
• Demonstrate Market Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Lead and Mentor (Desirable): Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a significant advantage.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and developing new business.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment technologies (experience with Zoho Recruit/Workerly and Omiga is a plus).
