Nursery Manager - Halifax

As our Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our nursery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your leadership skills will be essential in motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a dedicated team of early years professionals
• Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the local community
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Managing the nursery budget and resources

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare or above
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursery management role
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
